Our History
Titus Works is a family-owned company and was founded in 2001 by Troy and Tonya Cooley. We keep our overhead low so we can offer competitive pricing and give your project the attention it deserves.
Troy has over 25 years of experience in underground utilities and site work. He is a master plumber and is RME Underground licensed by the state of Texas to install underground fire lines.
